Was lucky enough to try this at an Octoberfest event in Austin, shortly after I ordered they would set out this BRB sign for 5... to 10 minutes at a time, the wait was not long at all for my food they were just perhaps understaffed or unable to take too manyorders at once. Well worth the wait I say!
