Besides waiting forever (there appeared to be enough staff?but chaotic), what used to be good is now a passing memory. Luke... warm, lacking key flavors, and over priced, not a recipe for good food. I think the next time we consider Noodles and Company,it will be a hard pass. Meh. Read more

Placed an order through app. Door dash (which noodles uses) showed up to pick up order. Order was not there, employees admitted... they had made it but couldn?t find it. We called store, politely asked what our options are. We?re told we could place anotherorder and take it up with door dash for a refund. Are you kidding me? Why couldn?t you just make another order?
