Today a normally good clerk messed up and gave my order away. He then LIED to cover up his mistake. I asked for the manager. She... came and she LIED over and over.I knew she was lying and so did she, but nonetheless she kept going with her LIE. What is sopathetic is that all they had to do was admit the mistake and correct it. But nope, tried to LIE their way out of theirmistake. The man that they had mistakenly given my order to returned to the store and the lie that the manager and the clerk hadtold was exposed. Rather than promptly admit the mistake, the manager showed her true colors. She became rude and trashy. Notprofessional at all. A manager who LIES is not to be trusted.A manger who lies is dishonest and a threat to the interests of anybusiness. Read more
Staff is so friendly and the service is lightning fast. 10 cars in the drive through line? No Problem! They can crank through... them like a Chik-Fil-A. They are also very consistent, unlike other Dunkins I've been to. I never wonder if my drink will tastedifferent than the last time I ordered it. Read more
The incompetence of the drive thru attendee and those who attempted to assist him just now is profound! Attempted to hand me the... incorrect order after I had explained multiple times I had ordered a hot coffee, not the iced beverage he kept trying to giveme. (Three times I had to refuse the drink!) He and his fellow staff couldn?t manage to operate the pos system and asked me toleave the drive thru and come in to cash out which defeats the entire reason one would opt to go through the drive thru insteadof walking in to begin with.
