Took hubby there for his birthday. I ordered the Delmonico steak and brought half of it home. Hubby got the prime rib and my... sister got the bacon wrapped shrimp. We all got the German potatoes and bread. Everything we ordered was delicious. We will begoing back for another visit. Read more
Everyone was very nice and you can tell they have alot of regular customers. Is only open for dinner and I had the 16oz Prime... Rib. It was absolutely delicious, thick and tender, with German potatoes. I must say though, the Beef Vegetable soup was soabsolutely delicious. Hands down the BEST FOOD in DeLand. Best German food I've had in decades (if not ever), and definitely the best prime rib of my... life. The staff is equally amazing and everyone seems to love working there. Get the pretzel with beer cheese, holy cow is itsoft and delicious!! Have a Warsteiner or 2, definitely 2!! This place has epic eats and is a real STAR off the downtown strip.Emmy herself a real gem too, she greets and seats all diners, and checks in regularly with a smile. You can tell it's a labor,everything we've had here was/is the best ever. It's no frills fabulous food, the whole dining area is pretty spotless, surfacesare all CLEAN and dust free.
