Surprise surprise, all the terrible reviews are true true true!! I?ve only just started writing reviews but i would?ve never... forgotten to add this horrible experience. My boyfriend and I came here for dinner one night a few months ago. We pulled intothe drive thru where we were immediately met with someone saying ?we?ll be right with you.? Ok. Sounds good. And I kid you notthe SECOND it hit closing time (about 10 minutes later), the same person comes back on and says ?sorry we?re closed.? We did notcome a minute before close let alone 5 minutes. Our visit on 5/31/2022 was exceptional. We pulled up towing a camper and therefore could not go through the drive-up window.... Tried going in but found the door locked because they are having so much difficulty staffing sufficiently to keep the dinningroom open as well as the drive up. Manger, Ken, happened to see the camper and came to the door to let us in. Food was good butthe service and customer care was exceptional. Had a wonderful experience. Thanks to the team in Delavan. Went thru the drive thru. Ordered a Whopper with 2 bun bottoms(I have allergies to seasame) to be told we don't substitute or... break up sets of buns. I have had this done elsewhere. Guess you can't get it your way anymore. Read more
