Went through the drive through and the woman was quite rude and not helpful. They did not give us the receipt, or our drink, and... messed up the order. We also only went because our grandmother really wanted it and obviously we're very disappointed. Read more
We asked for ranch and pay for our food the girl wasn't going to give my $10 in change then she didn't put ranch in the bag.... Had to show her the receipt to get my change had to go into the restaurant to get the ranch. People!!!! Read more

We went through drive thru 20 minutes before closing. Asked for original bucket. They told us they didn't have any breasts and... gave us extra wings and drumsticks. Got home and most of the bucket was crispy. 2 pieces of original. Why do they not offer tocook fresh per order late, if you are willing to wait? Sad, there were 2 cars behind us.
