Ordered 2 double whopper meals with cheese. We got home to open our food to find 0 cheese! We waited at the 2nd window for 7... mins. Only the girl with the brown and orange hoodie on had her hair back. The girl at the window was rude, saying is that all?!Ok pull up, but with a rude tone. She didn't say sorry for the wait, or even let us know there was a wait. This was around630ish after the dinner rush. Not 1 employee out of the 4 we could see, had gloves on. And the long brown shaggy long hairedyoung man had his hair flipping all over as he worked. Should these folks be gloved and hair pulled back? And to make it worse,the burgers had no flavor tonite. Another star, good job I went to BK after that tasty Ch'King sandwich and found out they have discontinued it. This is bad for... you BK. However, your young drive thru attendant was honest with me when I asked him to compare their new chicken sandwich tothe Ch'King. He didn't make excuses. He said it wasn't nearly as good. I assume other staff could hear him and he told me hisopinion anyway. I chose to go elsewhere for dinner, but hats off to the young man for being honest with me. For his actionsalone, I'm raising my rating a star. In the past I've not been kind to this Burger King, and rightfully so. However, latelythey have been doing a better job with their service. I'm not sure what has changed if anything at all, but there has beenimprovement. While I dont think most BK food is that good, their Ch' King sandwich is the best chicken sandwich around. Noother fast food restaurant comes close (KFC has the worst one). Thank you for getting better in the service department. Now BKcorporate can work on better food options. Read more
