I've been here more than 20 times in the last 6 months.. the service on the weekends is great, but after I'd say 8pm on... weeknights, it just seems like there's a bunch of kids in there laughing and goofing off. I went to pick up my last order andwas told it needed a few more minutes. So I sat n waited, 20 minutes later , after I'm watching them laughing n playing around, I ask about my order ..then after a bunch of giggling one of them comes n tells me that the "new" guy forgot to put my orderin...after I'd been there for 30 minutes by then..my order hadn't been started yet!!! ...I was there over an hour, without evenan apology. Just more giggling. This was not the first time I've had to wait a long time for my order on the weeknights, butthis was the last straw. I don't think I'll be back. Read more

I just had to post my experience tonight. I ordered around 11 pm, my expected delivery time was around 12:20. I ordered a pizza,... Asiago bread, big Don sub, and a small order of wings. My order came at 11:45, by a nice man named Tyler. I realized after Iwent through my order that I didn?t have my wings. I was just going to forget about it but not even 5 mins later anothergentleman knocks on my door. I don?t think he stated his name. He says, ?I noticed he forgot something and I brought it over.? Iwas so impressed with this customer service. I truly appreciate the gentleman that brought me the wings because I was lookingforward to those the most. The mistake was fixed in a jiffy and they actually cared to bring me the rest of my order, instead ofapplying a credit to my account like another pizza chain located just down the street. Both delivery guys were great, and evenwith the mistake I was happy with the product and the customer service. You guys are definitely handling things the right way. I ordered Garlic Parmesan wings and got this. It?s not even textured as a dressing it?s dry flavorless crumbs that are not even... on the wings. Won?t eat here again!! If you?re thinking of eating here, go try Pizza Hut wings. You will thank me later. Read more
