Went through the drive thru an ordered a number 9 combo. But they rang it up as just a sandwich and drink. So when I didn't get... my hashbrown i went back through the line to ask for my hash brown. And they told us we couldn't get it because we didn't buyone. But we said we ordered the combo. Not our fault the didn't ring it up as a combo. So if we wanted one we would have to buyit. We order at least 4 days a week as a office, one person puts the order in on mobile app, we are closes enough we can check in... from outside and then someone will go pick up. TODAY they had to have the phone that put the order in, I wouldnt let strangerstouch my phone no matter what thats my personal property and I have never had to give my phone to MCDONALDS to put a mobileorder in. Typically we give them the code and all is good. Manager was unwilling to really listen and kept saying the phonehad to be with hte person picking up the order even though the app let me check in and said give them the number at the drivethrough. My order is literally wrong every single time, go for breakfast I kid you not the last 3 times I?ve went no hash brown in the... bag. I?m not the one to complain as I work at a fast food place myself but dang, something?s got to give if literally down tothe drink isn?t right. It?s crazy. Yes mistakes happen but when they make a mistake why do they give attitude when you?re justasking for the correct food. Couldn?t be me being rude to someone that she shown nothing but respect.
