Staff is friendly, however food quality has gone downhill at this location. Can't be just an 'off' day bc this is the 3rd and... last time I had an issue. Fries, barely cooked, basically soggy. I paid extra for extra lettuce -3rd time again that it's bad.The lettuce was old, wilted and inedible. My last visit was rotten lettuce with red cabbage(I'm assuming to make up for a lackof fresh lettuce). Read more
