I go to Dunkin Donuts sometimes for coffee and sometimes a donut. I have been to several of them and each one is different -... meaning their attitude, the way they talk to you - Customer Service. To me it is all about the service and attitude you give acustomer(s). Some stores rank better than others and others are terrible. I like the stores in Delran and Lumberton. Theircoffee is good. Went to Dunkin Donut in Delran to get coffee and snacking bacon. I gave the person at the window money for theorder and a dollar tip. I told him to keep the change from the order and put the dollar in the tip cup I told him this severaltimes. He puts the change in the tip cup and the dollar in the money drawer. Standing there looking all simple. Went there forconvenience. The person taking the order was great. The window service sucked! Customer service is key in any business. Read more
