The food is very fresh and well made. Compared to other fast food restaurants they are very clean also.
Very disappointed my crispy chicken sandwich. Roll was old it broke into pieces also dry as hell sauce was like a drop. Tried to order at the drive thru. Besides the staff member being extremely abrupt and not friendly from the start, after she... mistook my son of the baconator order as a baconator, and me correcting her, she then sighed loudly over the speaker, then hertone got really rude. We ended up saying forget it, pulled out of the drive thru, and getting food at another fast food placedown the road where we got great service. Avoid this Wendy's. The staff are extremely rude, and need to be retrained on customerservice. Read more
