Ordered the Eggs Benedict and a side order of scrambled eggs for my 9 month old to takeout over the phone, it was ready in 20... minutes and absolutely delicious! I was only inside the restaurant momentarily but the decor was cute and welcoming. Both theemployees working were incredibly kind. My only complaint was that there were no napkins or utensils in the bag and we wereheading to a nearby park to have a picnic so had to stop elsewhere to pick some up. Wish I could leave negative stars. We were the second table in, food took an hour to get to the table. Burnt and cold, it looked... like even the same meats were cooked at different times. A few other tables complained as well. Such a shame the service andfood was sub par. Used to eat here regularly but not again. Please sort out the kitchen, food at this level is unacceptable.Servers claim to be understaffed, but it seems more like bad food practices and poor hygiene is the real issue. Easy solution isto remove fresh from the business name. At least then people would not expect freshly cooked food served at a reasonable price.Only go to this establishment if you want pre cooked cold burnt overpriced "food". Read more
Food was decent but service was very slow and almost non existent. Was there for a total of 1 1/2 hours. Toast came without... butter, requested more coffee and water and never received. Tables have buttons on them to call for service but even with thatsometimes no one would come. Could be a nice place if they sorted out their service issues Read more
