The worst service ever. I asked for 2 medium pizza thin crust. When i came home it was super bad. Literally tasteless and super... soggy. It was suppose to be crunchy and crispy but it was the worst pizza I ever tasted. My dinner got ruined and after thatwhen I called customer service a person named Qasim helped me he was joking and telling me that the pizza pizza has a reputationof offering customer $8 instead of providing the customer with the same order placed at home or a full refund. After that when iasked him to transfer me to his manager the call disconnected I was on call for 30 minutes I wasted my time my money and mydinner and mood got ruined. Worst customer service. Pizza pizza?s other locations are pretty flexible when it comes to add toppings for extra charge. But... owner of this location said ?No, we don?t do this at this location?. HELLO, are you not under the same franchise. All locationsshould have same policies if you are using the same brand name. BIG no to this location.
