5 stars for the dedicated employees. But the bread is terrible! 8.5" for the cost of a footlong. No not right at all. So my half... is not even 5 inches. That does not equal half a foot long. A foot is 12 inches. Maybe men are measuring with something else,thinking it's 12 inches. Lol I use to enjoy subway. It is starting to suck. There is not enough bread for all the ingredients,so now we get less ingredients. Subway please go back to your original fluffy bread. Read more
The food was good. The service was amazing.
Will not be back. Ordered on app. Arrive at location. They don't have order. Manager tells me to go to other subway when I used... their address. Other subway does not have my order. Wouldn't even look at my app receipt, email, or pending credit card charge.Used app for 15% off. But had to reorder at store. Would not give me the 15% for this order. Have to contact corporate companyto get resolved. Will not use nor recommend the app or the local subway at 422 W Pine St. Horrible service and does not careabout customer's. 6 - 5 - 2020 stopped in about an hour ago let's say 2 or 2:30... Ordered subs from the app, and it was ready when I got there... :-) moving this place up to five stars from 4 stars... The service was great , the food was great and refills on the sodas,always a good thing... About a year ago maybe ... Great place, handy being right in Walmart... Gotta love their meatball subs! She told me to call the company. Which I did. Just to let you know when youorder on the app it doesn't give you the choice to add or delete cheese. Subway should let their associates know this.
