My husband and I went for our anniversary dinner, everything was amazing! For appetizers we got Coconut Shrimp and Boudin Balls.... The Coconut Shrimp were out of the park, the crusted batter mixed with the dipping sauce was divine. Only thing is they onlygive a small condiment cup of sauce, so be sure to ask for more. The Boudin Balls were good as well, had lots of flavor and fullof spice, however they are very small and not worth the price they charge. For the Entree we both got the Shrimp Orleans, it's astuffed shrimp wrapped with a thin piece of fried catfish topped with a special creamy sauce! I've never had anything like thatand every bite was full of flavor!!! Our waitress was wonderful and customer service was excellent. Love the atmosphere and thestyle of the restaurant. Restaurant atmosphere was great. Service friendly and prompt. Food was cold, very salty and rice dressing was hard and awful!We... have been twice and were disappointed both times. We are from south Louisiana and accustomed to seasoned dishes. The food weordered definitely was over the top salty. I ordered the crab cakes. It was over- cooked and not hot. My son ordered the grilledseafood platter. Food was so over seasoned, too salty he left 3/4 of platter. Hushpuppies really hard inedible. Daughter-in-laws seafood was the same the rice dressing was cold and rice was hard could not eat it. Potatoes and salad werethe best of entire meal. Read more
