The older lady who runs this restaurant acts like it's a burden to serve her customers. We have been repeatedly treated rudely... here like it is an inconvenience to take an order and do her job. This last time, we waited an entire 15 minutes to get our cardback after the food was delivered and the shake was completely melted. I don't care how good your burgers are, customer serviceis an important part of a dining experience! DON'T support local restaurants who don't care about the customers who keep themafloat!
