The management is dishonest. It says on their signs that it's 24 hours, it says online and Google maps that it's 24 hours. We've... driven here most nights for weeks now and it's NEVER open at night! The management even printed off a special sign saying itwould be open 24 hours on Thanksgiving too, and we drove up and through the drive-thru and it wasn't open! Used to be fast. Stopped today, drive thru backed up into street, walk inside just to get drink and they tell me lobby is... closed. So not only do you have half the place closed you can't even keep things moving in drive thru. Employees rude as can be glaring and scoofing, if they hate their jobs so bad find a new job or mangment needs to make it a... better place to work. I?ve also noticed nearly every night their credit card machine goes down, or when they are understaffed6/7 days I?ve gone in the last two weeks. It?s been a regular thing for the last year that cash will be all they take witheveryone using cards these days and it going down at night to work the day of and the next day being on the way to work it?sgood for a fountain pop but a mysterious breaking credit card machine only being at night, seems like someone?s stealing orbeing lazy and realize they?ll have half the orders making it all cash. I stopped here last night, there were seven or so cars in front of me and it took 30 mins to get to the pickup window. When I... got the the pickup window I had to wait 5 more minutes to be waited on. The girl was busy talking to the one cook. They werelistening to aggressive music. Curse words with gang related activity lyrics. You know, music with no meaningful messages, justfilth. The last didn't give a me a receipt. I ordered a sweet tea and a French vanilla sugar free iced coffee with extra cream.The tea taste burnt. The coffee was regular coffee with extra sugar and extra cream. Tasted like French vanilla syrup with ice.Terrible place to stop. They're advertising everywhere that they are looking for help. I wouldn't work in that atmosphere. Also,this is the experience you'd expect when companies have to deal with whatever workers that they can hire. No urgency, noaccuracy, no respect for the customer. Those folks didn't earn their paycheck last night but took my money and gave no serviceor the right products. Truly terrible. Read more
