Purchased from Conn's many times in the past and had good to great experiences. Lately though Conn's has been going through a... lot of personnel changes from the top down and it shows. I had a not-too-good sales person help 2 weeks ago that would havereceived a 2 star rating and I had to return to the store because of it. This time Z was great to work with and store managerChris did a wonderful job handling all the problems created before. You 2 saved a long-time customer from going elsewhere! Read more
Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. Update to this service. The in-store experience is enjoyable as everyone is... courteous, however the follow through is severely sub par causing the overall experience to be a nightmare. No one communicatesand the customer is left with the responsibility of chasing down answers in order for things to be accomplished. Things thatwere discussed in person did not happen or were not explained. In person I was informed that the appliances would be installedand was even advised on which cords and hoses to purchase at the home improvement store. When the washer, dryer and refrigeratorarrive then I am told that installations only take place when you order parts through Conn's. The individuals delivering theninstalled the refrigerator using an existing hose, though he had just informed they were not to install. I also paid and extra250.00 to have the television mounted, which never happened. I was told "I sent the email and no one got back to me". I had tocall on several occasions and make trip to the store just to be told that the mount job was never set up though it is on my billand has not been removed. Read more
After my tenants purchased a new dryer at Conns because she thought hers had problems, the delivery drivers told her that it was... a problem with the 220v wall plug. This is an older woman on limited income that struggles to make ends meet. Instead of leavingboth dryers there, they took the two year old dryer with them knowing that it was good. Conns Dallas warehouse refused to helpher get the old one back. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LIARS! Read more
Went through a lot to get what I needed and I appreciate Conn's and I am not just happy because I got my merchandise, I am happy... because of the way the Manager Chris Jones handled my situation. Conn's is very lucky to have this guy and if he makes less than6 figures ,he is underpaid!He managed 3 or 4 different crisis, besides mine ,at the same time and never once broke character orwas rude or unprofessional he is a one of a kind!!!
