The food of course is always fantastic and quality ingredients. However this evening my experience was maddening. The young... man at the counter was engaged in conversation with a customer who had already checked out while there was a line . The manbehind me tried to get his attention to ask him about his Togo order, as there was an order sitting on the cabinet behind thisyoung man however was not acknowledged at all. Finally customer stepped forward and pointed to the bag behind the employee as hewas still talkihg to previous customer who had already checked out. The young man was so very disrespect, rude and dismissiveof the customer and pretty much mocked him stating "I don't know what you're pointing to, our food , the cabinet, what?!" Thenmyself n another customer stated the Togo order behind you!He then proceeds to get the bag , hand it to the man without askinghis name and says " next time try using your words, I don't speak that!!" All the while never making eye contact with thiscustomer but instead looking so annoyed and at other customers as if he were entertainingus at the expense of this man. This wascompletely unacceptable, disrespectful, disgusting and I was shocked! I will not be returning to this store! Read more
We buy Jersey Mike's often. I usually get a tuna and/or roast sub. Always yummy.
Had dinner at the University location in Denton. Food was great, customer service was excellent. I watched the employee?s work... while we ate. This place was extremely busy, the 5 employees working tonight had excellent team work skills. They were all onpoint. Very impressed.. Read more

DON'T USE THE APP... You stand a better chance of getting your sandwich if you wait in line. Don't get me wrong, their... sandwiches are good, albeit a little pricey. In fact I have been to this Jersey Mike's many times, and I really like the qualityand freshness. But service when ordering through the App is disappointing. I placed my order at 12:10, paid through the app,and received a message through the app and email yelling me it would be ready by 12:32. I arrived at 12:34 and was told it wasnot ready. I stood and waited another 5-10 minutes, but was told it was "coming down the line." I sat down and waited until12:55... but still no sandwich. When I asked again, the manager asked me, "did you not get your sandwhich"? I told them I wouldjust try another time and left without a refund. When they are busy... just wait in line. Read more
