Very unpleasant worker tonight. She was very rude and refused to help us. We ordered online so we could get the discount and it... took money out of the account and she said they didn?t receive our order so they couldn?t do anything about it. Even though wepaid for it. There's fast and There's accurate. I prefer the latter. My combo wa delivered minus my chips. 30 minutes after calling and still... no chips. Spoke to manager and was advised to give it a few more minutes. The sandwich is gone. ***WORST EXPERIENCE EVER*** I order Jimmy Johns at least 2 times per week. Today I placed my order and asked for EXTRA oil &... vinegar. When it arrived it had NO oil or vinegar. I called and spoke with Vaughn who was not in a good mood, and told me its onthe lettuce. He argues with me and was rude. I mean I wouldn't call if it was correct. They re-made the sandwich deliveredreluctantly. When the driver, Tyman? arrived I handed him the dry sandwich for the exchange and he decided to harrass me abouthow a sandwich should be made and that he and his GM (who he refused to give me his name) said it was made correctly to beginwith and they watched the video of it being made. REALLY??? I'm actually afraid to eat the sandwich-they probably spit on it. IfI am paying $15+ for a sandwich, I would expect it top be correct. Once again, I received excellent customer service from this location. The food is always fresh, packaged well and delivery was... fast. I had ordered incorrectly and called to ask if I could bring the sandwich back and the employee on the phone sentdelivered another sandwich immediately. That is why I am a repeat customer.
