I always stop here on my way home to buy a drink and have always had an okay experience. Sometimes the soda fountain is out of... syrup, but it?s okay, I don?t really mind. Their employees are usually nice and fast. This is by far the cleanest RaceTrac inDenton and the best. I wish RaceTrac would bring back their $1 fountain drinks, that?s the only reason why I stop on my wayhome. Read more

We have been going to RaceTrac many times and they ALWAYS HAVE HAD EVERYTHING that we needed. For example, I used to enjoy... Mocha, Hazelnut, and of course, French Vanilla.....they were ALREADY AVAILABLE FOR ME,......I used to enjoy Country Sausages offthe grill....my sister LOVES NACHOS and they had PLENTY OF CHILI AND CHEESE...... EVERYTHING WAS AT OUR FINGER TIPS! NOWTODAY....... unfortunately, their service is metiocre and bland! No mocha cappuccino, which I should have mentioned, came inthose 3 flavors stated above. This is really messed up! No labels for the the flavors of cappuccino, not enough chili and cheesefor the nachos stated above that my sister LOVES, plus the grape soda-SHASTA.....TASTED FLAT JUST LIKE GRAPE KOOL AID.... THEN IBOUGHT AN EGG ROLL-IT TASTED LIKE IT WAS UNDER FLAVORED!! It was very disappointing, on behalf of the irresponsible servicethere! I prefer to purchase something to eat or drink elsewhere! OH....AND LET ME MENTION, THERE WAS ALSO HOT CHOCOLATE! And theBEER Bratwurst! I hate it-suprised it didn't have enough beer to get drunk; but....it is under flavored too! Been going here everyday for 12 or 13 years. The employees know me so well they usually have my smokes ready for me or at least... know what I get. When there is a new person they catch on very quickly. Better than QT Read more

Location is consistently poorly staffed. The staff that I?ve interacted with has been friendly. Check out line is always... long. Restroom is stocked and appears to be cleaned nightly but maintaining throughout the day is lacking. There are regularlypuddles of urine under the urinals, toilets need wiping down, sink and mirror are dirty. Gas pumps are clean and operational.Exterior lighting is great and creates a safe environment for customers at night. Sales floor is in need of cleaning throughoutthe day. Fountain drink area is stocked but not wiped down regularly. There is little to no trash on the sales floor floor orbathroom. Overall the experience is on par with a gas station. There are many areas that could be improved upon to increase thecustomer experience if the store was staffed. Read more

On way home after winter storm alert and figured I?d get something on way there. They closed and locked up and there was sign... about using a box next to the door. I?m not going to stand in 20 degree rain/ice waiting for someone who wasn?t paying attentionto maybe finally see/hear me eventually. Time before this employees were talking to each other/on their phones and glared at mebecause I guess I interrupted their talking/phone time by buying something from store while they were behind counter. Willmake sure to avoid this place from now on and spend money elsewhere. Will be sure to spend more and support other places nowtoo, just out of spite. Read more
