Went in at 11:23 on a Saturday when they close at midnight. Just wanted a lemonade and a shake. They were not selling shakes... because management authorized them to clean the machine well before closing. Tisk tisk, shame on you Sonic. I will not bespending my money with this incompetent chain. Food is always a hit or miss. Carhops are definitely lazy or not well trained. They don?t introduce themselves or read back your... order. You?ll have to ask for your receipt and sauces even if you asked over the speaker. Adding the tip option on the screenwas a great addition?if only carhops worked on their customer service? Read more
I made a mobile order that contained ice cream products. I waited for 12-15 minutes for my order to come out. Then after I was... told that their ice cream machine was not working, I asked for a return. I waited about 10 more minutes for a refund receipt.When I pressed the button and asked about where my return receipt was I was told they had no record of the transaction and madelike they couldn?t hear me. I will not return to Sonic anytime soon and not ever to the Colorado Drive location. Read more
I wouldn't give this place a 1 star if there was a choice. The tator Tots were dry and cold. I sent them back and the young man... working there brought me out even worse ones. I was not rude or hateful to him . And this is how you get treated. I havefamily that owns a sonic and would never get but hurt if someone sends back food. Worse service I've ever had. Read more

Somehow this equates to a double cheeseburger with mayo (but it's mustard...), medium fries (that are filled like a kids size),... and a large coke zero with cherry (not sure how they got 'no ice'). Everything was repeated back to me. Not..one..item was whatI ordered. And to think I tipped $2 only to get to work and have everything be incorrect. And it took 30 mins of my lunch break,so I didn't have time to sit and have them correct it either because that's another 20 mins prob. Read more
