My coffee was cold I asked for it hot And I ordered a pink drink it was purple
So today I waited about 20 minutes for my coffee. With not very many people ahead of me... it was actually very frustrating... because they had about 6 workers total, but only one was working. The other 5 were just standing around and talking to eachother very loudly too, it was very annoying. Why have a lot of workers if they will all just stand around and do nothing. Read more

The Night staff have been terrible this week! The other night, my friend went down at 8:30 to order a hot drink and the worker... told her he cannot make hot drinks because he cut the machine off even though they close at 10:00. Today I went down there Toget a quick bite to eat and the same worker & I had discussion as to which sandwich I would like he proceeds to tell me that Ican?t get it warmed up because they turned the machine off 30 minutes ago. I went it around 9:30 meaning they shut the machinedown at 9:00, I?ve been in there multiple times around those same times and were able to receive my order no matter what timethey close.
