Usually no problems here but today didn't go well. Simple order came out wrong. Barista wasn't eager to help. I asked to have it... remade and second time was worse than the first - and this time not even hot. Oh, and don't try to use the app to pay or redeempoints - they can't do that here. Read more
I don't know why the reviews and photos are referring to a completely different Starbucks... this is for the one inside the... Kroger. I got the honey oatmilk latte and it had this really sickly sweet and at the same time burnt flavor. I love oatmilk butwhat I drank was something really messed up, and it wasn't even hot. Honestly I'm not sure what happened to it but everythingabout the drink was just... wrong. It made me want to throw up even smelling it. I feel like it was spoiled maybe, the drink wasjust weirdly thick. I should have known since the employees clearly didn't seem to care and the drink came out really fast evenfor Starbucks. The staff are nice here and the area ?seating ?was very clean and not too crowded at all.? ?Theseare ?some of ?the best places for those who cannot get work done at home with the many distractions. This Starbucks Coffee iswithin walking distance of Wells Fargo Bank, AutoZone Auto Parts?, Childcare Network?, and ??across the street from SproutsFarmers Market. ?I will for sure return when I'm in the area again.
