The food and drinks at Sweetwaters are delicious, but in the past 6 months or so, they have messed up every single order that... I?ve ordered from doordash. I completely stopped ordering my favorite food item, the spinach ricotta croissant, because Iconsistently received it completely uncooked, soggy, and soaking wet. It used to come perfectly cooked and ready to eat, I don?tknow why any restaurant would send soggy, wet, uncooked food to a customer. Today I ordered a green tea latte, and the correctorder is written on the cup, but it seems yall forgot to make a latte at all. The cup is full of regular tea, no cream orsteamed milk or anything. Making me pay $6 for a tea bag is ridiculous. I don?t want to get any employees in trouble becauseI?ve worked in food service long enough to know that when a problem is this consistent, there is an issue with the management, not the people making the food. I?m not sure if y?all have changed management or just gave up caring about your employees andcustomers, but service did not used to be like this. Sweetwaters is clearly either understaffed or the employees aren?t beingtrained correctly, and the managers and owners need to take accountability for this. If your employees aren?t able to keep upwith doordash orders without constantly sending out uncooked food and wrong orders, you either need to hire more employees orjust don?t accept doordash orders for the sake of your employees and customers. I love this local coffee shop and bakery. My go to is a Large iced coffee and cheese sandwich. The staff is always very... friendly and personable. They have a great rewards program and also give me a discount for working in the area. I really valuethe emphasis on the local community. Read more

I had read the reviews prior to go and people stating the welcome was Luke warm or not welcomed at all. While they don't do the... whole Starbuck thing about shouting out welcome to startbucks, they were pleasant enough. I was there to work, have coffee andeat. Trinity was cordial and sweet. She took my order and offered to bring it to me at the end of the counter where I wassitting. She let me know that even though I ordered a latte if I wanted refills I can on coffee. The coffee was good. I got alatte heavy cream with sugar free almond syrup. I would have liked it with one pump less bit that was my fault. It still wasgood and it went down fast. I stayed there the entire day and kept smelling all the wonderful things they put in their bakingmachine. I ended up getting a bagel sandwich and it was very good. I ordered a matcha green tea frap. The young man was pleasantenough. Not as good as Trinity. Lots of people there throughout the day. I only lost internet connectivity once but it cameback within a few minutes. The price of the coffee was better than Avoca on 377 and tasted equally as good. Way betterinternet. I am taking my husband there this morning. Gonna try that one less almond pump today and more crustless quiche Read more

I'm in the coffee business and I'll take Sweetwater's everyday of the week and twice in Sunday before I go to Starbucks.... Friendly baristas. Calming atmosphere. My wife and I enjoy stopping in during the evening for a latte or cappuccino. Read more

Regular on Ubereats, absolutely love their cold brews, and their sandwich's are amazing. Have only physically visited twice but... each time has been a nice experience. A little bit on the pricey side, but still worth it. Read more
