Employees are pitiful here. Apparently after covid closed dining rooms, employees don?t know how to talk to customers? when they... show up in their dining room. They look right at you and continue to walk away. Worthless. Read more
Went through the drive through to order a pub pretzel-bun burger with no bacon (due to a pork allergy) and a hamburger plain... with no cheese and received a regular cheeseburger with bacon on it and another cheese burger as it comes. I even doublechecked with the pay window that there would not be bacon on the pub burger and they assured me it would not have any. I had todrive all the way home before realizing they had messed up the order and had to drive all the way back to get a refund. Willnever be going to this location again. Management needs to change.
