Torn about this spot. Liked the atmosphere but split about the food. Tuna tostada was excellent. Fresh tuna, great balance of... flavors, crisp tostada. Disappointed by the vegetarian mole enchilada. While the mole sauce was delicious, the enchiladas werejust filled with cheese. Yes it's vegetarian but I was hoping for some vegetables. The torta was pretty good but not toomemorable. House margaritas were good but we found were better when we upgraded to mezcal. I think we'll return and give themanother shot during happy hour and try a few other dishes. Service is friendly but not attentive. It took a while to be seated and receive our drinks, even though it wasn’t busy. It... also took a while to collect the check and leave. Nevertheless the Food was amazing, beware of the red drink because it’sextremely sweet, and the churros were extra crunchy. THE BEST DISH WAS THE SHRIMP TACOS! This is definitely one of the best spots for tacos in Denver. The shrimp tacos are so fresh with each flavor shining through... distinctly. The rib eye taco was equally scrumptious. We had esquite and the blue corn quesadilla as an appetizer. This was amust-try and it lived up to the hype. We will be back! Read more
Great outdoor space in a fun and inviting food hall. Bellota has an extensive and creative drink menu. As I understand it, the... frozen cocktails rotate, or at least one. If they have the Monterey Vice. Our group started with chips and salsa. They offer 3varieties of salsa. Then chow down on tacos. After salsa, 3 are a good start to fill your belly and soak up the Tequilla or Rum. Read more

The cocktails were delicious and very affordable during Happy Hour. We loved the taco flight, fish Veracruz, tostadas, crema and... complimentary beet hummus (thank you very much). The lime dessert was divine. Our waitperson was attentive, helpful and fun. Thefood was EXCELLENT! So many other dishes we want to try. We will definitely return soon. Read more
