Bistro Barbes is one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Denver. The food is absolutely delicious! I don’t like meat nor... pumpkin much (which was on his menu) but decided to go try it out anyway after getting so many praises from friends! I ateEVERYTHING, that’s how good it was! Besides the food being perfect, the ambiance is really nice, chilled and cozy! The owneris the chef, server, etc. He does everything on his own which is admirable. I can only recommend this place for the quality offood, service and ambiance! Read more
