Met a friend here for afternoon tea very excited and left disappointed. The atmosphere is fantastic and cozy, really loved the... seating and decor. The food was good and the tea was ok. It was the customer service that ruined the experience. The ladiesthere were actually very nice but we just did not get what we paid for. We were told we?d get unlimited tea tryings, and endedup only getting to try two in a 90 minute experience. We waited 30 mins to get our first tea and 45 mins to get our food. Noone then came by till almost an hour or so to ask if we wanted another tea. It was super disappointing for the price we paid. Ireally wanted to leave here happy. Read more
Love, love, love it here! The tea selection is out of control. They?re so super friendly and are more than happy to let you... smell the teas, and will educate you and make recommendations. Make a reservation and come for tea ? it?s all you can drink, asmany teas as you want to try, for the length of your reservation. The food is tasty, the service is really chill and notpretentious? just a really laid back vibe. 5 stars. Food was exceptional, staff was amazing, Donna was the best!. The had a smattering of a bit of their menu. The grilled... cheese was incredible, the broccoli soup was amazing, the blt sandwhich was fresh and perfect. The combo sandwhich wasflavorful. The salads were so crisp. The teas were of an amazing variety. And the orange cranberry scones were perfect and had aperfect accompaniment of clotted cream and jam. Donna went out of her way to help me find the tea like I had enjoyed in japan.If you get a chance ask for Japan milk tea. Add milk and sugar tho! Read more
Fantastic Experience. I have had high tea at a few spots but this place is by far my favorite. Great price, food was amazing,... and the unlimited tea is a great bonus. The staff was very friendly and I couldn't recommend this place enough. Read more
