I just ordered a bunch of pizzas! 8 to be exact. All of them were burnt not just a little a lot almost unedible and they quoted... me 20 minutes on delivery time and delivery took over an hour. When I called and asked for a partial refund I was told theycould only refund the full amount or put a credit on my account. I said I will not be ordering from you again so I guess justrefund the full amount. The lady proceeded to tell me she could not refund the full amount because of how expensive it was andshe put a credit on my account which was specifically what I asked her not to do. Have made delivery orders at this location before without issue. Received my order this evening and it had clearly been dropped.... Of course this was after watching the delivery driver sit a block away from my house for about 5 minutes. Whole pizza andchocolate cakes completes smashed in their boxes. UPDATE: after contacting store about obvious delivery issue they?re storeoffered to remake and redeployed my order. New order was incomplete.
