From walking in the door, we were treated like royalty. The host was very welcoming. We had appetizers, of Shishito peppers and... Bruschetta. The Bruschetta was AMAZING. We also both had a house specialty cocktail. They both were outstanding. Our entreeswere Sausage and peppers and Lobster ravioli. Both were prepared and presented perfectly,,,,so delicious, and paired with winesthat complemented the dish. Dessert was Tirimasu that absolutely melted in your mouth and Cannoli. Our waiter was THE BEST. Hetook the best care of not only us, but the other patrons he was serving. It's definitely enjoyable being given that kind ofattention. We visited from Iowa and I wish we were closer, because Gaetano's is definitely Top Notch, and will definitely beback if in Denver again. Read more
Definitely authentic, tasty Italian with a cool atmosphere. Small portions but enough to fill you up. Only complaint was the... service was terribly slow even when the place wasn’t very busy for brunch. I do understand there’s a labor shortage, so besure to schedule yourself plenty of time even though there’s signs everywhere inside of a 90 minute max dining time. Read more
Apparently this restaurant has some history with the mob. But how cool is that?! You can definitely tell it everything is... homemade! This was a gift from my in laws as a late anniversary offer. The atmosphere gives big family dinner get togethers with lots of... laughter and good times to be had. Once we got over the initial communication snafu we were seated out on the patio where it wasa bit quieter and more intimate. This was my first time coming here. I really liked the atmosphere it definitely gives old school Italian dining. Food was good... and portions are decent. It is pricey but I didn't mind paying as it was my mom's birthday so I wanted it to be special and theyindeed made it special for her.
