This is the slowest Jimmy John's location I've ever been to. I've never had an order take less than 30 minutes to arrive, and I... live less than a mile away. Today I placed an order, paid a $5.99 delivery fee (for less than a mile), and it took 40 minutes toarrive. Read more

"Freaky Slow": Ordered for lunch around 12PM and got a notification it was delivered. Checked around my office and no one had... showed up. Called the store whose response was if it was marked delivered "it's delivered". Be that as it may It hadn't arrivedso I asked the employee to please check with the driver...driver had left the order at the store. Fast forward another 1.5 hoursand I finally get my sandwich (bag looks like it got in a fight with Rocky Balboa). Called the store back to ask for a refund orsome type of credit for a 3 hour wait and the guys response was there was only three drivers, which actually seems like a finenumber. I've worked Pizza delivery and you can cover a lot of orders with three drivers. No refund or credit, like come onbuddy, it's not like they're paying you more for refusing credit when messing up...... Read more
