Although they didn't have a driver, the young man who informed me was very kind and communicative in making sure I, not only... got my sandwich, but it was fresh. My boyfriend ended up picking up the sandwich for me 2 hrs later on his way home. Employees are working hard, but they're understaffed. So instead of freaky fast they're freaky slow. 20+ minute wait times.
Ordered a slim #1 took 10min to get a sandwich as employees were just talking behind the counter.
I placed an online order for catering (15 people in training at my company) at 8:44 am (9/7/22) for a delivery at 11:45 am same... day. The order went through with no issues or it saying that I am unable to do so. 11:45 am rolled around and no delivery. Icalled up at that time and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back. I was told that for catering it has tobe 24 hours. If that is the case, it needs to say so online. Then I was told there were only two delivery people. So I went tothe store to pick it up. I said pick up at 12:30 pm. I get to store and then had to wait another 10+ minutes for them to finishmy order. I am not happy with what happened. Read more
