I get the impression that the owner and management don?t adequately support the staff and daily operations here. Constantly out... of fruit (for over a week) with no support from the owner for expediting deliveries. Online ordering is always turned off and inperson orders take at least 15 mins, even when the place is empty. I don?t fault the employees for the negative experiences I?vehad. I think this is an upper management issue which is unfortunate because I really enjoy their smoothies. Read more

Have been to this place twice, both times placed a pickup order. Both times I waited 15 mins past my pick up time for the order,... which I placed the night before. Second time they made the wrong drink, told me they would remake it but I ended up just gettinga slurry of two different smoothies. I am not coming back and would not recommend to anyone. Read more
In terrible need of new management. I typically go to the Littleton location with no fail but this was the closest location at... the time. I ordered online and came to pick up when it was due to be ready. They advise system error and couldn't find my order.Employee was trying to call management but getting no answer. I had a meeting at a certain time and could not wait for them toactually make it. Hopefully the charge doesn't go through from my bank. Read more
