We had our usual order from Papa John?s tonight and it hit me that after ordering from this location probably 30+ times in the... past two years or so, our order is always correct and I?m not sure I?ve ever had a long wait. If it's an inconvenience to order over the phone 1. Maybe dont have the option to do so 2. Have staff who actually want to be at... work. Attempted to call order in since got a message "Not accepting credit card patients" online. The guy I spoke to was hard tounderstand & it was pulling teeth to have him speak to me so I just hung up. This place has the worst customer service of any Papa Johns, and that is saying a lot. This franchise is known for having the... worst service and this place tops the list. The stoned person who answered the phone and claimed to be the manager voided myorder because I complained it was going to be delivered in double the time that was estimated. 80 minutes instead of 40 minutes.He then claimed that this wasn?t double, lol. So in addition to having bad service, the so-called ?manager? could not even domath. I am very much done with this franchise. Read more
