Pizza was great! They gave me the wrong wings!!! As a costumer we trust you guys to give us the right order and shouldn't have... to open every box to verify if its our order or not. It isn't McDonald's. Would have been a horrible inconvenience to go all theway back just to fix my order. Thanks. Read more
Double fail major failure! I called and made an order they told me 20 minutes to 25 minutes till I can pick it up. I got there... on time and they had no record of me. So I went back out to the car grab my phone and called the number that I had called tofind out that this was the place that I ordered from. And I told them this over the phone and they said oh the manager wanted totalk to me. So I went back inside and the manager was very apologetic that's super. He even told me that it would only take 10minutes and as soon as it was done they would bring it out to me. I thought okay that's kind of nice. Well guess what theydidn't and I waited 22 minutes before I walked back in there. And the woman handed it to me and it's lukewarm. And I said youguys are supposed to bring this out to me and she just shrugged her shoulders. And I heard the manager in the background say ohwe were supposed to take it out to her. To say the least getting a lukewarm pizza after waiting all that time after beingpromised that it would be delivered right to the door of my car, I said double failure and I'm angry about it I wouldn'trecommend this place to anybody. Don?t order from here. Had a pizza contactless delivered to my house but when they arrived and could not contact, they didn?t... leave my food. What is the point of contactless/leave at the door if you don?t allow it to be contactless and leave it at theirdoor?! Read more
They charge way too much for what you get. We've ordered twice from here. Was close to $50 both times for 2 people. And that's... getting some of their "specials". Pizza isn't bad, but not great either. About what you expect from a large chain. But thedelivery fees and service fees are outrageous, on top of a tip, on top of menu prices that are high.
