I'm not sure if that place has a manager for starters. It seems to be on auto pilote. The gluten free, is not gluten free I got... super sick and the other pizza we got wasn't cooked all the way. If you have severe allergies, I do not recommend this place. The staff is friendly though I will give them that. Read more
Ordered two pizzas and Logan, Omar, Jahlil and Amanda took great care of us! The restaurant wasn't too busy but had to wait a... few minutes while the online orders were being prepped. Staff was friendly and once our pizzas were in the oven, they only tooka few minutes to cook! I'll ask for extra well done on our next visit since I like a crispier crust, and I'm definitely orderinga meatball pizza next time, but overall very happy with our first time trying Pizzeria Locale! This place used to be our go-to spot but suddenly they re-hired ALL the staff and what is wrong with these people?? Sooo rude,... have no idea how to make a pizza, my order is literally two toppings and they can't get it right and look at me like it's myfault. They're overcharging for EVERY tiny thing now. Like I asked for my pizza to be cooked a bit longer and she says tell thelady at the cash register, whaatt?? and obviously, only the person charging more for it heard because they didn't cook itlonger, the dough was completely raw in the center, made me sick. Such a shame, pizza is inedible, there are a million staffstanding around doing nothing but being rude and yet it takes ages for a pizza to be made and it's not even right. Won't beback. Read more

All 4 stars go to the friendly, and accommodating staff!! We've ordered twice with very minor issues, and they helped resolve... our issues quickly and with a smile! The food is also quite yummy, so we'll definitely be returning for more! The only thing Iwould suggest is spreading toppings out a little more evenly on the pizza. My boyfriend ordered a jalapeno, bacon pizza and itseemed the bacon was only in the center of the pizza. Read more
