Seems to be a very popular place— they were slammed when we went on a Wednesday night at 6:30. Hostess was very kind and we... were seated earlier than our 30 min wait time. Table service was very slow, but I understand that a lot of places are dealingwith staffing shortages. I got a margarita, which was good, and we split the nachos with grilled steak. The steak was cookedwell and had a good flavor, but the tray of nachos was a little wimpy for the price. I’m glad I tried this place out, but Iprobably won’t be back. Read more
The atmosphere is great. The service is good. Although, if you like chefs that serve molten velveeta on a plate as your queso... then this is definitely the place for you (I gave it back before I snapped a pic oops). Was not impressed. Out of my partnersmouth: "If I wasn't starving tonight, I'd eat somewhere else." They need to hire a chef with a background in...home cooking?Even for tex mex...Taco Bell has more flavor. One of my favorite marg & taco spots downtown. The manberry margarita is strawberry and mango and always hits the spot! The... margs come in two sizes so if you’ve got a guest that doesn’t drink much, or you’d like a little more without committingto the full glass, you’ve got options! The tacos are flavorful, filling and reasonably priced. The nachos are laid out so thatevery bite is a mouthful of all the toppings. Wide variety of proteins and vegetarian options for the tacos.
