I want to start off by saying every time I go into this location I have been impressed with both the customer service and food.... However, today I was absolutely blown away by my experience. Octavio (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) has the best customerservice I have ever seen period. He was extremely patient and kind with not only me but every customer I saw him interact with,and he did it all in a packed restaurant while assisting with multiple tasks. If anyone from Smashburger reads my review pleaseplease please give this young man a raise, he is clearly a asset to your team and as someone who has spent the last 5 yearsworking in retail/sales (and prior to that ~10 years in the restaurant industry) I will tell you ANYONE would be more thanhappy to have someone like him on their team! First time to a Smash Burger. The burger, fries and shake were perfect. Glad we opted for a burger and shake. Can't go... without mentioning the kid that was taking food to the tables.
