I ordered a Chocolate Chip Frappuccino with white mocha (switched from regular mocha due to an allergy) and they gave me the... drink with no changes. I asked immediately if the order was correct as it looked darker then it was supposed to but theyinsisted it was correct and that I could come back if it was wrong. Took one sip and instantly knew it was wrong based offflavor and how it made me feel ill. Attempted to ask if they could remake the drink with white mocha but they once againinsisted it was correct and said all they could do was "add more pumps". I never ever have left a horrible Starbucks review. But I moble ordered a venti white chocolate mocha, and it never came out... despite me showing it to the barista on the app and showed the exact location. I was upset and frustrated with the poor service.They need to train the baristas better. Read more
