I definitely need my money back!!! I ordered thru Subway app for delivery, they took almost an Hr to be delivered, I didn?t... received my drink, cookies where the wrong ones, sandwich missing ingredients and a type of meat, I called the store and I wastold I had to contact door dash ( I ordered thru SUBWAY) I explain I didn?t have their info since it was made thru Subway, thelady who answered the phone said it wasn?t her issue if I wanted I could go back and if I didn?t have a car it wasn?t herproblem, that she was at lunch and the place was busy and she didn?t have time for my issues, she refuse to provide me with thename or provide me with a refund. Shame on the owner for having ONE employee work the lunch rush. I waited in line 20 minutes and ran out of lunch break time so I... left with NO food. I watched 5 others walk out as well. Absolutely ridiculously slow service. I stood in line, on my lunch break no less, for over 20 minutes and only THREE people were... served in that time. I was the 3rd person to leave without being able to order. There were two employees working but the olderwoman wasn't up front helping the younger guy at all and he seemed newer. He was trying to go as fast as he could but still wasonly able to get a few sandwiches made in that time. Now I have no more time to go get anything else to eat bc my entire breakwas wasted waiting in line. Totally unacceptable. Read more
