I am so grateful we found this restaurant. With unique rolls, and a lovely ambience, all my senses were excited at the same... time. The Miso soup was salty and yummy. Homemade pork dumplings had a slightly sweet chili sauce to adorn. We ordered severalhandmade rolls and the chef even made a bonus roll for the birthday we were celebrating. We had a great experience eating sushi for dinner. I had the poke tuna app, several rolls. The staff was great and friendly,... one item came with tuna instead of salmon, but not that big of a deal. The only reason I did not do 5 stars was some freshnessconcerns. The avocados were 1/3 brown, and some items just weren’t as fresh as you want. Maybe it was just the day and timewe came in. Read more

Birthday dinner at Sushi Hai last weekend and the team went above and beyond in over-delivering on any and allexpectations! The co-owner, Tien, was incredible to work with! She made everything so easy for us and went overboard in termsof communication and accommodating any of our unique needs! She even took time out of her own day several times to show me thetwo amazing spaces/possibilities to host our dinner party in addition to suggesting ideas and ways to make my sister-in-law’sbirthday the best it could be. The ambiance was also perfect for holding our dinner - the perfect amount of light, decor, etc.The team at Sushi Hai was so attentive and even provided stands to help with decorations and more candles/lighting based on thedécor that we brought to create the perfect ambience. I couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience and how helpfuland accommodating everyone was. The spaces downstairs are so perfect for big groups too as there is ample room to get up andwalk around (as pictured here). They even have a private bar downstairs if you have a bigger group/party. We had reached out toa couple of restaurants in Denver and after meeting Tien and her team, and seeing the space/ambience, options, flexibility andespecially how friendly and willing the team was to work with us, it was an absolute no brainer! Tien even let me come to therestaurant to set-up hours before our dinner started and was always very quick to answer any questions via email, etc. I couldtell that she was absolutely invested in making this event the best it could be and making sure that the birthday girl had agreat time.
