10/19/22: The smoothie was good. I had a bad experience last year but they redeemed themselves. Sometimes you have to give a... place a 2nd chance. I'm glad I did. I had a mango magic smoothie. 2021: My expectations were too high. The customer service andsmoothie weren't good though. I don't even want to give it another try. The place was clean. I stopped by on 08/11/22 15 minutes before the lunch hour just to wait for 40 minutes for them to have my order. I placed an... order of a smoothie and a Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap. I had to ask for my wrap more than three times and each time I was toldthat it was being made. On the third time that I asked they looked at the ticket order and it was never made it was skipped allthis time. While I was there another client was frustrated that she had placed an online order nearly 45 minutes for a pick upand her order wasn't even preped. I really loved this place, but I definitely won?t be coming back after what I saw today. I watched an employee stop making... smoothies to pick up a dirty bucket off of the floor and go right back to making smoothies as well as someone going straightfrom the register to making smoothies. Ordered online and they forgot a sandwich and gave us the wrong smoothie. Their parking lot is pretty rough too. The smoothie... was good but not worth the effort or the screw-ups.
