Service was horrible, there was at least seven employees in there and the wait was still 25+ minutes, just for the wings to not... be crispy, which I asked for when I ordered. My order was not complete. The employees were all on their phone, would notrecommend. Read more
Order ahead if not you'll be waiting 30 mins for a chicken sandwich, looool yup 30 mins! And what's the deal with no trash can... in this store, so odd!!! Fries are way too salty OMG!! Read more
To be quite honest we have actually had a lot of of terrible and unpleasant eating experiences at the Wingstop locations. This... location in particular surprised us and we were very pleased to have found 1 that superseded our expectationsconsidering.... This location the food is hot. It is proportioned well. The employees awesome! They repeat your order back toyou at pick up. Make sure you have adequate condiments and extras if/when needed. They even had our food and let us come grab it12 minutes after closing once! But tonight we ordered ahead of time for a later pick-up. Apparently Do Not do that under anycircumstances. It seems as if they had still made the order right upon receiving the order. So it sat for who knows how long;had to go home to attempt to reheat it. Above that the traditional wings(order of 10) only had two drums and the boneless wings,(combo of 6) were so small; might as well had been pure breading! Terrible. Read more
The store is very clean and the employees are very friendly. Only 4 stars because of corporates promo of free fries and didn't... make it happen and I was charged for them. The manager was quick to fix the problem, and a big high five to the Lakeside crew! Read more
