Really incredible meal - everything was delicious and the service was impeccable. We had the Colorado lamb, which was ever so... slightly tough but a quality lamb. We also ordered the goat cheese mac and cheese (an incredible idea), the massive attacksalad, the blue corn empanadas and the spicy garlic braised greens, which surprisingly was probably my favorite.
