We really enjoyed the wood fired pizza that is served at Joey's. It has the taste that real fresh baked pizza should have. If... you are looking for an excellent pizza to impress your date go to Joey's in Denver. Highly impressed with this pizza. I'm rating this place on food alone as the service was not that great and I seemed to be judged by the way I looked in my work... clothes and was treated poorly compared to the high class locals. I guess in a rich lake town you can expect that from locals.The nachos were awesome but staff rude and unfriendly. The manager would let me have a table I guess because I was alone so hadto set at bar and was pressured into ordering quickly. Almost left before ordering because of the rude staff but held out forsome great nachos. Prices are a little high. Read more
