Most times, there are no problems here. It really depends on who is taking the orders at the drive-thru. We will go here a few... days a week. Breakfast and lunch sometimes. Always check your order and double-check for straws, ketchup, and napkins. I'venever had any mix-up when we go inside. Read more
This place makes up their own times of when they're open or closed.! And also pick and choose when they start making breakfast.... Last night after work (3:30am) on Saturday night I went to order chicken nuggets and a milkshake, well after I order he decidesto tell me they're ONLY accepting cash AFTER I already placed my order !! So I went to the bank right next door i go back toorder my food and he then says sorry we are out of chicken nuggets im like whattt !!!!??? Then in the same breathe proceeds tosay the cook actually just started making breakfast.! So I ordered a sausage mcgriddle which was completely gross, the orangejuice tasted like water. I asked the gentlemen doesn't breakfast start at 5.?? He shrugged his shoulder and said I have no ideawhat he's doing... This is completely unacceptable the first thing you should've said was y'all were only accepting cash andwould I still like to continue to order and also said you were starting breakfast at 330am !!! Placed a mobile pickup order on 10/24, get to the store and the lobby is closed for renovations. OK. Get to the drive thru and... they ask for a code. 1622. Apparently thats the wrong code and they can't find my order. I understand I placed a pickup orderand y'all need a drive thru code, but names are also attatched to pickup tickets. I get coffee from here every day. Names aren'tgood enough though, no coffee and I'm out of my money. Guess thats what I get for splurging on a latte instead of an iced coffeeLMAO. Read more
