We ordered on the app to save time and money. When we checked in on the app, everything seemed to be ok. Unfortunately, it took... 30 minutes to get our 4 drinks and medium fries out to us. When they did, they informed us that their ice cream machine was downand we would need to substitute something for an item we ordered. The fries were tepid and the drinks were messy. The ONLYreason this is 2 star instead of 1 star is the young lady who finally delivered the order apologized twice for the wait andkindly explained the problem with the ice cream. Her behavior and attitude de-escalated my frustration. BUT I likely won?t begetting drinks or meals from this Sonic any longer. This is not the first time we have had a frustrating experience.
