Menu is getting smaller , no specialty salads anymore. Wife wanted Cobb salad , only had house salad. Bought one cheese burger... and fries , and one cheese burger with house salad and two pops. Read more
Service and food was far from good today. We waited forever after we got our drinks to get our food. We had ordered coffe and... got brought 2 half full cups of luke warm coffe and creamer. No coffee pot or sugar. When we asked for sugar we waited evenlonger, done eating the sad, flavorless crepes that cost $13.00, no sides and tasted like used cooking oil instead of lemon orblueberry. Our waitress tried to blame the busser, then the man that was sitting beside us, for taking our coffee pot, that weNEVER recieved. No, they weren't busy, just bad service and food. It took a long time to get our order. We had to ask for a 2nd syrup When the food finally got there I had to ask for the... pancakes that came with my steak tips and eggs. Also the tips and onions were burnt so I asked to get new ones. The waitressacted like they were fine. I said would you eat them? After 15 minutes I got the pancakes and now slightly less but still burnttips and onions. We had been there an hour so far so I just ate them. We left the store at 8:50. After the people that came in20 minutes after we first arrived left because they finished and paid for their meal. It took 3 tries to get our ticket right.They close at 10 pm but the parking lot was empty except for our car at 8:40. This was the 2nd time we had a bad experiencehere. By far the worst experience I?ve ever had at Ihop. Our server was more worried about her shift ended then attending to our... table. After ordering our drinks it took 30 min to get them and then an additional 30 just to place our order. Once we got ourfood our server did not ask us for anything or check on us until she came with our bill and to top it all off I got foodpoisoning from eating there. The layout of the store my look pretty and nice, however, the ihop in Derby Kansas is the worstihop you can go to! Save your money and time by going elsewhere. Read more
